Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Tundra To Tropics Overland and Adventure Gear. We are pleased to offer shipping to customers across Canada and the United States.
Because we work with a global network of suppliers to bring you unique products via dropshipping, our shipping times and procedures reflect international logistics. Please review our policy below to understand how your order will be handled.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Cancellations/Changes: Because our automated fulfillment system routes orders to suppliers immediately, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 6 hours of your purchase.
2. Shipping Estimates
Our typical shipping timelines are outlined below. Please note these are estimated windows and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

- Multiple Packages: If you order different items, they may be fulfilled by different suppliers. As a result, your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP)

Because we work with multiple suppliers, how duties and taxes are handled depends on where your specific item ships from:
- Items shipped from our Canadian suppliers: These ship domestically within Canada and internationally to the United States. Canadian orders fulfilled this way are not subject to import duties. US orders may be subject to standard US customs duties and import taxes depending on order value; where applicable, these are calculated and collected at checkout under our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) framework, so you won't be charged additional fees on delivery.
- Items shipped from our Australian supplier: These are international shipments for both Canadian and US customers. In most cases, low-value orders fall under duty-free thresholds. In rare cases where customs duties or import fees do apply, the customer is responsible for these charges, which are collected by the carrier or customs office upon delivery rather than at checkout.
Because orders may include items from more than one supplier, a single order could include both duty-free and duty-applicable items. If you have questions about how a specific order will be handled, please contact us before purchasing.
4. How to Track Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
- Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipment email.
- If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation tracking number, please contact us with your name and order number so we can investigate.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions imposed by our dropshipping fulfillment partners.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
